ORDERS OVER $150 DELIVERED FREE TO ANY AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS*
Orders placed by 1pm are normally dispatched the same day. Normal delivery times to Sydney, Central Coast & Wollongong are between 1-2 working days. Normal delivery times to all other areas within Australia are between 2-7 working days.
EXPRESS POST
Please note that items containing glass can not be sent by Express Post, therefore please do not chose Express Post as a shipping option when placing an order for items containing or made from glass. Thank you.
PRIORITY AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Gifted offers Australia Post Airmail, Insured Airmail, Express and Express Courier International.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Inspect the shipping container(s) upon delivery. If damage is evident, have the Freight Agent make a note of the condition. Open your order immediately and check the contents against your enclosed invoice. Any claim for damaged or missing merchandise must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Save the container(s) that the shipment arrived in.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
DO NOT refuse shipments as this results in unnecessary shipping and handling charges. Accept the shipment and call our Customer Service Department on +61 2 9986 1126 or email us via our Contact Us page for assistance. All refused shipments will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders received with cleared/authorised payments before 1pm AEST are usually sent the same day. Delivery to Australian destinations can take between 1-7 working days with regular post. Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. You are required to sign for your delivery upon receipt. Deliveries can be sent to PO Boxes for most orders.
PRE-ORDERING:
When pre-ordering items your order will be dispatched as soon as all items ordered are in stock. If you would prefer for all in stock items to be dispatched seperately please let us know, please note that this will involve an additional postage charge.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item is out of stock we will normally advise you within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
GIFT WRAPPING
Orders requiring gift wrapping may experience a short delay during busy periods.
RETURNS:
In the extremely unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with one of our products please contact us to arrange a full refund (minus our shipping charges).
To assure prompt and accurate credit on returned merchandise, we ask that you follow these steps:
- A return authorization number must be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department. This authorization number is valid for only thirty (30) days from invoice date.
- The authorization number must be clearly written on each package. If this number is not on your package it will be refused.
- Credit or adjustment is given on mistakes that are our fault, provided you contact our Customer Service Department @ +61 2 9986 1126 or email us via our Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns for which the customer ordered incorrectly or changed their mind will be charged freight return. Please note that if your items are shipping free of charge and you return your item you will be charge freight both ways.
- Absolutely NO returns accepted unless the merchandise is in original cartons in new condition. Credit will not be issued for returned material that has been marked, altered, or abused.
- All returns must include a written explanation and a copy of the invoice or packing list.
- NO returns are accepted freight collect or COD. Send all returns prepaid.
- Absolutely NO returns are accepted after thirty (30) days from date of invoice.
- Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to our office immediately so that we can reship the merchandise and place a claim with the relevant postal service. Keep damaged goods and containers until notified otherwise.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
All merchandise should be inspected upon receipt. If found defective, call our Customer Service Department on +61 2 9986 1126 or email us via our Contact Us page for an adjustment and/or return approval number. Be sure you have our invoice or packing list when you call. We will make a satisfactory adjustment on all unused, defective merchandise if we are notified within five (5) days of our invoice date.
